You simply watch for your order of quality precast stair tread and products to show up at your location. After your order is processed, we get to most locations in the US within 3 Business days.
Shipment must be examined by your company’s onsite representative at the time of delivery. Any damage must be noted on the Delivery Ticket with the driver and receiving person’s signature at that time. Photo document any damage at that time, as well, and submit it immediately to Coast Precast for our review and records.
