We are accepting applications for the following positions:

Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a hard-working individual to fill our precast concrete production line. 40 hrs/week, $12-14/hr starting pay based on experience, paid weekly. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in concrete, construction, or manufacturing. This is not an entry level position. Hours are 7:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m with a 1hr lunch, M-F. You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor in the manufacturing of commercial precast concrete products. Prior concrete or construction experience is a must. Need to be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and bend/lift frequently during the 8hr shift. Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must. Valid ID required. Must be able to pass a background check. This is a full-time, year-round position.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete to specified textures using hand tools or power tools, including floats, trowels, and screeds.

  • Mixing concrete to specified consistency

  • Setting up and oiling steel forms

  • Prepping materials for concrete products

  • Pouring and finishing concrete products

  • Disassemble molds and remove concrete product

  • Facility maintenance and daily clean-up of area

  • Organizing concrete products for inventory

  • Packaging products for shipping

  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

  • Safely and efficiently operate and use associated tools and equipment.

  • Maintain quality of concrete products in a fast-paced environment

  • Follow written and verbal instructions. Read, interpret, and work from basic and routine sketches, blueprints, and specifications

  • Work as a team member and foster a cooperative work environment

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.)

  • Job requires individuals to be pro-active in their communication and responsible for their attendance. You must have reliable transportation.
